I’ve lived in Minot most of my life and graduated from Des Lacs-Burlington. I taught 7-12 Business in Ray for two years before I decided to move back to Minot and pursue my passion in health fitness.
I have been passionate about health and fitness for as far back as I can remember. I love sharing my passion and knowledge about health and fitness with those around me; and always love learning more. I obtained my Certified Functional Strength Coach Certification to help me do just that. When I am not in the gym I am enjoying coaching volleyball and softball.
I was born and raised in Burlington, ND and am a Concordia Grad. I am a wife and mom to two little girls, Lydia and Ellanor. Becoming a mom really changed my perspective on many things, so after spending 7 years at a corporate job, I decided to walk away to pursue my passion of becoming a trainer.
I am a Certified Functional Strength Coach and love teaching. On my own personal health and fitness journey I have found a genuine passion for helping people improve their lifestyle with fitness and nutrition in a sustainable way.
I am a Minot native. I graduated from Bishop Ryan High School and completed my Bachelors Degree in Corporate Fitness and Wellness Management. I am YogaFit certified and have completed a TRX functional training course, and have been an instructor in various wellness facilities. At a young age, through sports participation, I cultivated a love for movement and well being. I also am a mother to Grant, a busy 2 year-old. I look forward to inspire and “move” the people whose paths I cross.
I have lived in Minot almost my entire life. I graduated from Minot High and went on to college at Minot State where I double majored in PE and Corporate Fitness. I currently teach Physical Education at Jim Hill Middle School. I am also on the Minot High baseball coaching staff in the spring. Throughout my entire life I have always enjoyed movement and being active. I participated in baseball, football, and basketball throughout high school and continued playing baseball in college. I am a husband to Melissa, step-daddy to Owen, and daddy to Knox!
Dr. Kirk Mason is a Chiropractor by trade, with a love for fitness and movement. Kirk played college football for Minot State University, before attending chiropractic school. Seeing patients during the week, the #1 reason his patients tend to be in pain is not enough movement, or not moving in the right ways. This was where the idea of Premier Movement was born.
Given my athletic background and decades of interest in health and wellness, I am absolutely thrilled to offer fitness for everyone, especially those in pain, with injury, or who are fearful of the gym. Making fitness accessible to everyone is going to change even more lives!
I am from Cando, ND and graduated from North Star High School in 2020. I am currently a junior at Minot State University pursuing a double major in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation and Physical Education.
I love to spend time outdoors being active! In the summers I coach T-ball and softball as well as help with the high school strength program. During the school year I assist the MSU athletic training staff with various sports. In my free time I love to spend time at the lake, go on bike rides, and play board games with friends and family.
As a “social butterfly” Jayde thrives around people. Growing up in rural ND, she played all sports available to her, which sparked her passion for fitness and teamwork. She studied fitness at Minot State University before starting her own personal training business. Her two dogs, Piper and Joey are the twinkle in her eye. Jayde has an extensive fitness background and is a key part of the Premier Team.

Danielle is a 500 RYT. She is a marathon running mom of three boys and attributes a lot of her success in maintaining an injury-free running career, because she makes yoga part of her training. Danielle believes that every class should be enjoyed by every body. Strength, functional movement, and range of motion is her priority. You will get a mixture of asana, pranayama, and other empowering modalities to add to your tool box of life when you join her in class.
I am from Berthold, ND. I am senior at Minot State studying physical education. I am a huge sports fan, baseball is my favorite! I have always been passionate about exercise, which pushed me to get my certification as a personal trainer.
I work with Minot public schools and the wellness center at MSU.
I look forward to motivating people to lead happier and healthier lifestyles and reach their personal fitness goals!
Been coaching classes with Premier Movement since 2020! My favorite part about the gym is the environment and all the great members that came in to workout. I really enjoy working out with everyone and the bond that is formed when powering through a workout! Outside of the gym I enjoy spending time at the lake and coaching wrestling.
Coach Jenny was born in California but grew up mostly in Dillon, MT until she went to college at Minot State University to play basketball and participate in throwing in track and field. She was an All-American in javelin and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2019. Outside of the gym she loves hitting the trails with her fiance and their two dogs as well as being active in Minot Sertoma Club and acting on-stage in many theater productions in Minot. Jenny coaches at Premier because she loves the people and knows first hand how impactful the progamming is for accountability and longevity.
Attend MSU double majoring in physical education and corporate fitness. Growing up I was a 3 sport athlete and played 2 years of college basketball. While attending college, I wanted to keep expanding my knowledge, so I earned my personal training certification through NASM and am also YogaFit and indoor cycling certified. I had the opportunity to intern at a wellness resort and spa in Mexico for a summer, where I taught a variety of fitness classes! I thoroughly love getting to work with people and be their cheerleader as they live their healthiest and happiest life!
