Your First 100 Days

If you’re here, it’s likely that you are ready for a change. You may be looking for a total transformation of your body, of your behaviors, and all the things affected by your fitness – dating, energy levels, confidence, and more.

Our First 100 Days is not for everyone. However, if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, this may be the right decision for you.

The First 100 Days Journey is our total body makeover program! LIMITED SPACES, we only accept 10 members into this program each month. Our program is for anyone looking to lose weight and are totally committed to being successful. Many want to lose weight, have more energy, and generally feel awesome. But they aren’t able to stick with the restrictive or poorly designed programs they tried in the past. Or they’d try working out on their own, but were never quite sure what to do. And in many cases, they’d get injured before seeing the results they were working for. So, we are taking all of those reasons off of the table! If you’re ready to drop fat, get lean and build muscle, this program is for you!

Group Classes

We have a philosophy when it comes to fitness. There are no shortcuts on the road to success. We believe in teaching people the importance of longevity, and one part of that is move well and move often.

Our workouts are designed with one goal and purpose in mind: each person should leave the gym better than when they walked in.

We train fundamental movement patterns that relate to everyday life:

• Push • Pull
• Squat • Hinge
• Lunge • Carry/Core

But our workouts don’t just train strength, they train every aspect of fitness that you will need in life: mobility, stability, strength, power, and most importantly your cardiovascular system (aerobic and anaerobic).

Our coaches are trained in several different philosophies. When combined together, we believe these fitness and movement principles give you the best opportunity to become the best version of yourself!

The best part about a group class at Premier is that the classes are capped at 12 people per class, meaning your coach will still be able to cue, correct and motivate you in every class!

Personal Training

Personal training is the best way to meet YOUR goals. Our coaches will meet with you to learn more about what you want to accomplish and then we’ll put a plan in place. Together we’ll help you do more than you ever thought possible.

Premier Kids

Where do fun and fitness collide? Premier Kids will provide your child a fun and challenging environment. During our Kids group classes, we will grow our foundation with age-appropriate exercises to not only strengthen their fitness but also have fun!

We will focus on speed, strength and endurance. Perfect for youth sport athletes – softball, football, soccer, hockey or just something better than playing Xbox. When you are young, it is imperative that you learn the fundamentals that will allow you to thrive in years to come! Improve your child’s performance now and in the future, along with building healthy habits that will make HUGE impacts in the future.

Well yes, but we’re not like YMCA, Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, etc. You can’t come in here, put on your iPod, and do your own thing. We are a coaching facility for fitness-minded people and for athletes. You don’t pay us for access to equipment, you pay us for coaching. To do that, we all work out together and we help you through every step of the way.
We are a coaching/training facility. You will get a certified trainer working with you every time you step into our doors. At a local gym like the local YMCA or Globo big box gym you may only pay $20-60/month. You have to understand that is an access fee. That small fee just gives you access to their equipment. We do not compete with other similar facilities on price, but on the value we provide to our members. You will not find another group that cares more about your health and fitness than we have created here.
No, that’s our job to help you. Our programs are designed to get those out of shape into shape and those in shape to get into better shape. In each program, we offer options for each individual so that you can thrive during the workout on a personal level even if you are just getting started on your fitness journey.
Numerous members have come through out doors with previous injuries and are often concerned with re-injury. There couldn’t be a more perfect place for them to end up. We offer a free consultation and injury prevention exam in our doctors office to every new member that joins the gym. We can provide individualized treatment plans and therapy to make sure that the injured area is stabilized and ready for exercise. Most of our patients are encouraged to participate in an exercise program. Proper exercise will strengthen you entire body and actually make you less susceptible to future injuries. All movements and workouts are completely scalable and can be modified allowing anyone to take part.

All our memberships first start with a conversation. We will schedule a time to meet with you, tour our facility and learn about your goals. Then we will discuss options that we can offer to best fit your needs. You can CLICK HERE to schedule.
