Our First 100 Days is not for everyone. However, if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, this may be the right decision for you. The First 100 Days Journey is our total body makeover program! LIMITED SPACES, we only accept 10 members into this program each month. Our program is for anyone looking to lose weight and are totally committed to being successful. Many want to lose weight, have more energy, and generally feel awesome. But they aren’t able to stick with the restrictive or poorly designed programs they tried in the past. Or they’d try working out on their own, but were never quite sure what to do. And in many cases, they’d get injured before seeing the results they were working for. So, we are taking all of those reasons off of the table! If you’re ready to drop fat, get lean and build muscle, this program is for you!


You will have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. Get lifestyle advice from other class members, push each other, or hang out at the gym after training.
