About Our Kids Program

It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t. The best thing we can do is make them strong.


Through our kids' fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cooperation, coordination, self-accountability, and confidence. Our expert coaches will teach them fundamental fitness skills and foundational techniques in a safe, supportive environment.


We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment in each workout. Our coaches use a fun combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting to get kids to love exercise.
